How to Plan for Rain at Outdoor Events
Anyone from Manitoba can attest that we love to take advantage of good weather when we can – which is why outdoor events during the summer months are so popular! From festivals to galas and everything in between, there’s something magical about attending an event outside. Of course, in a province known for unpredictable weather, these events do carry the risk of rain and other weather conditions that are less than ideal. In our recent blog, we share how you can prepare for rain during outdoor events.

Growing the Events Industry in Canada
During our 19+ years in business, keeping our dollars local has always been a priority of ours – and as we continue to grow and bring events to life, we’re committed to continuing our to work with Canadian event partners. If you’re planning an event, let’s keep it Canadian! More than ever before, your support is incredibly important for Canadian companies.

AVentPro Conversations: Behind the Scenes
We love using our AVentPro Conversations episodes to connect with industry partners, spread the word about their organizations and events, share insights, and talk about industry trends. While recording a few episodes recently, we captured a few shots to give you a peek behind the curtain and see how the episodes are made.

Making a Splash at the Manito Ahbee Festival
A stage in the round with back-to-back LED screens, 360-degree sound coverage, and an interactive LED floor used as the base of a stage were the cornerstones of this year’s Manito Ahbee Festival. With a session that allowed young Indigenous leaders to share their stories, a fashion show featuring Indigenous designers, and a Pow Wow dance competition, the event was inspiring, exciting, and full of energy.

AMPLIFY – The First Event in Our New Studio
Our team was proud to co-host AMPLIFY with the team at Keynote Connect – and we were thrilled it was the first event held in our new warehouse and studio space! The energy in the room was contagious as five speakers shared stories that inspired connection and sparked conversation. We’re thankful for everyone who joined us for an evening of conversations, purposeful storytelling, and unforgettable moments.
