AVentPro is an event production company which – like everyone else – has had to overcome huge challenges in order to keep folks safe. We have adapted our capabilities to produce high-quality virtual, hybrid and – when safety allows – traditional live events for associations, corporations, educational institutions, non-profits, government agencies, festivals and sporting events.
We continue our commitment to produce high-impact events that thrill audiences and heighten the event experience while at the same time following the latest health and safety guidelines. We believe there are still ways to meet people and have some fun as we transition to a “new normal”.
We’ll Meet Again don’t know where, don’t know when
Like the old song says, we will meet again some sunny day. Until then, the show must go on – and it does with Virtual and Hybrid-live events. We have all the equipment needed to create and capture content and broadcast from your venue to the entire world in real time. Don’t have a venue? You can borrow ours and create curated messages in our own in-house studio. Deliver your message to remote audiences or invite limited live audiences and practice your elbow bump. Whichever way you choose, it’ll be great to say “hello” to the folks that you know.
